I
was creating a custom Visual Studio Team Service (VSTS) Service Endpoint for a
Docker Hub task that did not require a server URL. However, the New Service Endpoint dialog
always displayed the field.
To
remove the Server URL field from the dialog, define a URL in your endpoint
definition.
It
does not appear to matter where the URL points.
